These are limited release special barrel aged beers: ‘Suns Out Buns Out’ is made with cheeky sun ripened local apricots, lathered in spices, Esperance honey and aged in oak (9% abv). ‘Nullarbor Nymph’ is a seductive golden barrel aged beer; Spiced with subtle hints of mischief; Oak and caramel will linger just like the Nullarbor Nymph legend. ‘The Mountaineer’ is a rich dark velvet beer shadowed by stormy oceans of toffee and decadent whiskey oak (12% abv).
The Mountaineer won CHAMPION specialty beer at the 2024 AND 2025 Perth Royal Beer Awards, and a GOLD Medal at the 2024 Australian Indies Awards. Suns Out & Nullarbor Nymph both won bronze medals at the Australian Indies and Perth Royal Beer awards in 2024.
