These are limited release special barrel aged beers:
‘Suns Out Buns Out‘ is made with cheeky sun ripened local apricots, lathered in spices, Esperance honey and aged in oak (9% abv).
‘Nullarbor Nymph’ is a seductive golden barrel aged beer; Spiced with subtle hints of mischief; Oak and caramel will linger just like the Nullarbor Nymph legend.
‘The Mountaineer‘ is a rich dark velvet beer shadowed by stormy oceans of toffee and decadent whiskey oak (12% abv).
‘Honeycomb‘ is a full-bodied barrel-aged imperial stout layered with honeycomb caramel, roasted malt and subtle oak. Silky smooth with a warming finish – a decadent winter indulgence (11.8%).
‘Campfire‘ is a barrel-aged imperial stout with dark chocolate, toasted malt and subtle oak. Smooth, warming and brewed for campfires, good company and winter nights that stay with you long after the last sip (11.8%).
The Mountaineer won CHAMPION specialty beer at the 2024 AND 2025 Perth Royal Beer Awards, and a GOLD Medal at the 2024 Australian Indies Awards. Suns Out & Nullarbor Nymph both won bronze medals at the Australian Indies and Perth Royal Beer awards in 2024. Honeycomb $ Campfire were two-time winner of Champion Small Brewery in 2021 & 2026.
